All inquiries will be responded to within 24 to 48 business hours.

When requesting an appointment, please provide the following:

A well lit picture of your current hair now
A realistic hair goal that you are wanting to achieve
An honest 2 year history of past chemicals (colorings, perms, keratin, etc.)

Now a few reminders...

Please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment. Seating is limited in the salon suite setting.
Parents, please respect the salon suites by supervising your childrens at all times. There will be no yelling out, running or horseplay allowed in the lobby or my suite. If problems occur regularly, this will result in no future bookings. Please understand this is for the safety of everyone as there are harsh chemicals, hot wax & potentially dangerous salon equipment throughout
To be comfortable during longer chemical services, a refrigerator & microwave are available. Feel free to bring a light meal & beverage.
Please avoid the following clothing styles when being serviced for any hair appt…
- Hooded tops
- High neck turtlenecks
- Large hoop earrings
- Expensive or valuable tops

I'm glad you're considering booking!

Please provide 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments to avoid fees.

We understand that life happens, and things come up, but if a cancellation is made under 24 hours notice a 50% fee of services booked will be charged to the card on onfile.

If you "No Show" an appointment a 100% fee of services booked will be charged to the card onfile.

Multiple last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or constant moving of appointment times will result in NO future bookings.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment {depending on the service} you may need to reschedule for another time or forgo a portion of your appointment {ex: skip shampoo or blow-dry}.

I want to make sure that we have quality time to take care of you and the other clients that are scheduled beyond you for the day.

Lastly, Suite Magnolia Hair has the right of refusal at stylists discretion.
