Hi, I'm so glad you're here! My name is Yalannda, and I am the owner of Suite Magnolia Hair. With 20 years of cosmetology experience in Hampton Roads and beyond, I specialize in men, women, children, special event hair, and facial waxing.

After graduating from Wards Corner Beauty Academy, a Wella partner school, I sought employment with a Paul Mitchell chain. After climbing the management ladder, I knew it was time to branch out. In 2016, I had my first taste of salon ownership and have been hooked on running my own show ever since.

I believe education is key and am constantly learning from online and in-person classes. Being in a trade that is ever-changing, I enjoy attending hair shows and classes to learn new techniques and stay on trend, keeping up to date with all licensing and certifications.

When I'm not behind the chair, I spend my time traveling, attending concerts, going on motorcycle rides, and visiting good restaurants. As a Leo wife, mom of 2 boys, and auntie, I definitely value family time and look forward to enjoying all that my family and this life have to offer.
